Express Employment Professionals is Hiring a SCALE OPERATOR
Location: Leonore, Ancona & Blackstone, IL
Pay: $16.00/hr
Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible scheduling, Monday–Sunday)
Key Responsibilities:

Operate weigh scales to record weights of vehicles, containers, and materials

Enter weight data accurately into computer systems

Verify and document all incoming and outgoing loads

Maintain organized records of weights and materials
-
Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and team members
-
Troubleshoot discrepancies during the weighing process

Assist with general site operations as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous experience as a Scale Operator or in a similar role preferred
-
Strong math and record-keeping skills
-
Ability to read and interpret weights and measures
