Now Hiring: Mechanical General Laborer | Lacon, IL
Location: Lacon, IL
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50/HR (Weekly Pay!)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM | OT as needed
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a rapidly growing industrial company in Lacon, IL to find a skilled Industrial Electrician to join their day shift team!
Job Duties Include:

Interpret blueprints and work instructions to prep for tasks

General labor duties including working with hand and power tools and lifting.

Connect systems to circuit breakers, generators, and other components
-
Inspect systems and equipment for defects, hazards, and code compliance
-
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
-
Report safety hazards immediately
-
Support team operations with related tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience in electrical work in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Construction background strongly preferred!

Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
