Conduct body work repairs including side panels, rails, roofs, doors, floors, and radiuses.

Diagnose and repair structural damage, replacing or straightening aluminum, steel, and composite materials.

Read and interpret technical drawings and repair manuals to ensure accurate and efficient work.

Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication on frames, crossmembers, and body components using MIG/TIG and plasma equipment.

Install and repair air lines, electrical wiring, and lighting systems for trailers.

Conduct preventive maintenance including brake systems, suspension, tires, and landing gear inspections.

Inspect trailers for DOT compliance and document all repairs performed.

Use hand tools, power tools, hydraulic jacks, and shop equipment safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete repairs within cost and time guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area at all times.
