Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. This position involves assembling and putting together various components—both by hand and with machinery—to create industrial nuts, bolts, and related fasteners.
Responsibilities:

Operate machines and hand tools to assemble or produce parts according to specifications

Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Load and unload parts into machines safely and efficiently

Perform basic machine setup, monitoring, and adjustments as needed

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
