Production Associate
Location: Ottawa, IL
Pay: $16.50
Schedule: 6am to 430pm M-Th
Potential for Long term hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Match order requirements to product configurations to ensure correct assembly and output.
- Inspect finished components and conduct quality checks
- Measure and cut materials according to detailed specifications and order requirements.
- Operate Press Machine
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Work safely and effectively with fiberglass materials, following all handling and PPE guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Ability to operate industrial equipment such as sewing machines, presses, and bonding tools.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools.
- Willingness to work with adhesives, fiberglass, and heat-based bonding processes.
