Job Duties:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of fasteners and related components to verify compliance with specifications and standards.

Utilize precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to confirm product dimensions.

Conduct non-destructive testing and other required quality assurance activities.

Accurately document inspection results and maintain detailed records to support full traceability.

Work closely with production teams to quickly identify, communicate, and resolve quality issues.

Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control procedures and standards.

Participate in internal audits and assist with external quality certifications and assessments.

Identify, document, and report non-conformances, recommending corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
