Job Title: Scale Clerk
Location: Utica, IL
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on skill set)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
Duration: 4–8 week assignment (covering a leave of absence)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scale Clerk to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary opportunity lasting approximately 4 to 8 weeks while covering for an employee on leave.
Key Responsibilities:

Weigh trucks in and out using the scale system

Accurately record weights and complete required documentation

Enter data into computer systems with strong attention to detail

Communicate clearly with drivers and internal team members

Maintain organized records and files

Support general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills and data entry experience
