Customer Supplied Parts Coordinator

$17/hour
Express Employment is partnering with a manufacturing company in Lacon, IL is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with Customer Supplied Parts Coordinator within the shop.
Key Responsibilities
-
Maintain control of customer-supplied items and coordinate distribution to the shop

Prepare shipments, including photographic documentation and required shipping paperwork

Prepare, update, and file production and quality documentation
-
Assist with receiving and parts crib duties when needed
-
Support quality control and health & safety procedures

Identify opportunities to improve department processes and reduce loss

Assist with other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications

Proficient with Excel, Word, database systems, and email

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment
