Schedule:
Day shift! No weekends! 4x10 schedule - Fridays off! OT offered.

Job Duties / Requirements:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on locomotive engines, and related equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and repair manuals
- Conduct preventive maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, and tire checks
- Repair and replace components such as transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and suspension parts
- Inspect vehicles for DOT compliance and ensure all safety standards are met
- Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed for equipment repair
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to complete repairs on time and within company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment at all times
