Skilled Production Laborer
Spring Valley, IL

Monday to Thursday 6am to 430pm
Potential for Long term hire
Express Employment has partnered with a local manufacturing company who is seeking a Production Laborer to support manufacturing operations by assisting in the assembly, and packaging of water feature and aeration equipment. This role involves hands-on work with tools, materials, and components to ensure products are built efficiently and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble fountain and aeration system components
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and defects
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Good Attendance
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
- Assembly Experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
