Express Employment is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team! You will operate one or more CNC machines or other special purpose machines to machine metal work-pieces to specifications on a production basis. Machine Operator to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, routers, etc.) according to job specifications
- Operate CNC equipment to manufacture parts with precision and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience operating CNC machinery (entry-level to advanced depending on role)
- Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control processes
- Basic understanding of machining principles and materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
