Production Utility Specialist
Beech Grove production facility is looking to hire a 1st Shift Utility Specialist to clean tanks, totes and blenders between production batches.
Pay/Benefits:
- $16-16.50/hr
- Benefits upon hire: Very low monthly insurance cost, HSA Contributions, ESOP, 401K match, Vacation, Holiday, etc.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, Overtime possible but not frequent.

Job Duties:
- Associates will be working on production floor and will be responsible for cleaning out all mixing and blending equipment.
- Will use hose to spray out tanks, blenders, totes, etc.
- Will sweep and mop areas and keep general work areas clean
- Will also be responsible for any janitorial related tasks to the facility.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Physical position that will require climbing, bending, stopping and constant movement all day
- Ideal candidates will come from previous Utility, Janitorial or housekeeping background
- Must be able to work independently with attention to detail.
