Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing fabrication shop in Franklin that is seeking a Mechanical Technician to join their expanding team. This company offers both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities and values individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be willing to cross-train in multiple areas of the shop and assist with tasks such as deburring, working with quality control equipment, and reading blueprints. Training will include the use of precision tools like micrometers and calipers, as well as operating Mazak mills. Pay/Benefits:
- Up to $25/hour based on experience

Schedule: Two schedules available:
- 1st shift Monday – Friday 6am-4pm, Overtime on Saturdays 6am-11am
- 2nd shift – Monday – Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am, Overtime on Friday 3pm-9pm
Requirements
- Knowledge of CNC Mazak Mills (preferred)
- Strong quality mindset with experience using precision measuring tools (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred)
- Commitment to timeliness, adherence to quality standards, and willingness to learn (required)
- Motivated individual with a desire to grow and develop new skills
