Job Summary/Company Information:
- Looking for a position with a great working environment?
- Do you love working with your hands and have previous wood shop experience?
- Express Indy South is working with a manufacture of wall beds with current openings!
- Position will require work with power tools, measuring, assembly and packaging of heavy materials.
- This packager is the last associate to see the product before it leaves the building - They are doing quality control, counting hardware/fasteners, and including the side parts for all product they are packaging.
Pay/Benefits:
- $17/hour
- Paid holidays + 1 week paid vacation
- Monthly insurance allowance
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday w/ some possible OT during weekdays.
Requirements:
- 1+ year working in manufacturing environment or wood shop experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Experience with wood, cabinet or furniture production is ideal!
- Forklift experience a plus, but not required
