Job Summary/Company Information:
- Fleet company on the South Side of Indianapolis is looking for a Diesel Technician.
- This role is responsible for completing PMs, DOT inspections, and mechanical/diagnostic repairs independently, ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards. The technician will safely maneuver equipment and keep detailed, accurate service records.
Pay/Benefits:
- Up to $35/hour based on experience

Schedule: 1st shift shop hours
Requirements:
- Must have own tools.
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial or fleet operations
OR completion of a technical diesel program.
- Preferred: 3+ years of diesel experience in commercial/fleet environment.
- Certifications are a plus (engine, transmission, etc.).
- Able to perform PM services and DOT inspections independently.
- Must be capable of pulling trucks in/out with truck + trailer attached.
- Safety-focused mindset is mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR required
