Job Full Description
1st SHIFT KITTING
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role focuses on picking, packing, and kitting fasteners while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You’ll also assist with receiving inventory and work closely with team members and internal sales staff to prepare orders for customer delivery.
Pay/Benefits:
- $18/hour
- Excellent benefits offered upon permanent hire
- Quarterly performance bonuses ranging from $1,000-$1,500 (based on metrics)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.

Job Duties:
- Pick, pack, and assemble (kit) fastener orders
- Verify part accuracy, including cross-referencing old and updated part numbers
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily demands
- Ensure orders are completed accurately for timely customer pickup
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Previous pick/pack or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
