Manufacturing Shift Leader Pay/Benefits:
Schedule: 7:30 am- 3:30 pm OT at beginning or end of shift
Job Duties:
- Coordinate daily production activities while meeting quality and efficiency goals
- Lead, train, and supervise team members, assigning and directing work
- Monitor operations, resolve production or equipment issues, and ensure minimal downtime
- Enforce safety, quality, and standard operating procedures
- Support production as needed and perform tasks across work areas
