Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by assisting customers, answering questions, processing payments, and supporting sale day operations. This role serves as a central point of communication between customers and internal teams, ensuring all documentation, transactions, and interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and manage documentation using internal systems and lot-based organization; upload documents for each sale
- Communicate with multiple departments and customers to obtain and process required documents (e.g., purchase, release, and related forms)
- Process payments from successful bidders accurately and efficiently
- Provide customers with information regarding services and support offerings
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service in all interactions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time
- Support company safety initiatives by maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during sale days
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience working directly with customers in an in-person environment
- Comfortable using computers and able to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
- Excellent customer service mindset with a commitment to creating a positive experience
- Ability to remain organized and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
- Friendly, outgoing, and patient personality
- Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Full-Time
Pay & Benefits
- $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
