Driver/Shop Helper
A powder coating company in Johnson County is hiring a 1st Shift Driver/Shop Helper to their team! Company is hiring immediately!
Pay & Benefits:
- $20/hr.
- Reviews 2xs/year
- Upon hire attendance bonus
- Christmas bonus
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
- OT as needed, possible on Saturday's

- This company does powder coating for railings, fencing, military parts and industrial components.
Job Duties & Requirements:
- Associate will drive a pick up truck and 24' trailer to deliver product to customers
- Must have great communication skills and ability to represent the company well
- Must be willing to help in the shop. Will only deliver about 50% of the time
- Associates will work with a variety of industrial components and will wash and hang parts on the racking systems
- Associates will powder coat parts using industrial powder coating sprayer
- Heavy lifting
- Willingness to help the team and work in an outdoor environment year round
