Company Information:
A machine shop in Greenwood is hiring a Machine Repair Mechanic Lead to join their team! In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 10 employees in a service center that specializes in repairing, troubleshooting, and rebuilding industrial mechanical and electrical equipment. You will provide hands-on support while overseeing daily workflow, training team members, ensuring quality standards, and operating manual machines as needed.
Pay/Benefits:
- Up to $28/HR (based on experience)

Schedule:
- 1st Shift
- Monday - Friday
- 7AM - 3:30PM
- Additional overtime as needed
Requirements:
- Experience working off blueprints
- Troubleshoot, repair, dis-assemble and re-assemble industrial equipment
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform tasks requiring physical strength (climbing, standing, equipment use)
- 5+ years of lead experience
- Computer Savvy: outlook, word, teams, excel, Monday.com etc.
