Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor | Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Location: South Central, Indiana
2nd Shift Production Supervisor: A manufacturing company in South Central Indiana is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive team success. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing production activities, developing and coaching employees, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, fosters a positive and accountable team culture, and is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and performance goals.
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring schedules are executed efficiently and customer requirements are met.
- Provide guidance and support on production processes, quality standards, and operational challenges.
- Monitor inventory, production reporting, and scrap performance to maintain accurate operational metrics.
- Drive quality compliance by enforcing manufacturing standards and addressing issues proactively.
- Promote a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to safety policies and holding team members accountable.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $25 - $33 per hour based on experience

Qualifications
- High school diploma required;
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and employee development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance record
