Supply Chain Manager - Manufacturing

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management. What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of procurement, inventory management, material planning, and logistics operations.
- Develop sourcing strategies and build strong supplier partnerships that support business growth.
- Drive supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, lead RFQ activities, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and ensure material availability.
- Manage inbound and outbound freight operations to support customer and production requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and S&OP activities.
- Analyze inventory, purchasing, and supplier data to support business decisions and operational performance.
- Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to align supply chain strategy with company objectives.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices that drive measurable results.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, inventory control, or logistics
- Strong background in procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and production planning
- Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems to manage purchasing, inventory, and operational planning
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- APICS CPIM, ISM, or related supply chain certifications are a plus
