A third-party company operating out of a Franklin warehouse is seeking Installation Technicians for an immediate start on a high-profile warehouse installation project. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction, general labor, carpentry, installation, or mechanical assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work and using tools.

This is a temporary project expected to last approximately 9 weeks, with the possibility of extending up to 10 weeks based on project needs. Competitive pay and a consistent weekday schedule make this a great short-term opportunity.

Job Duties for Install Tech:

• Unbolt, set up, align, drill, and anchor warehouse racking systems into concrete floors
• Position, assemble, and secure racking components according to project specifications
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively throughout the installation process
• Measure, level, and align materials to ensure proper installation
• Assist with low-voltage wiring and cable routing as needed
• Load, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Work as part of an installation team to complete project milestones on schedule
• Follow all safety policies and job site procedures

Pay & Schedule for Install Tech:

• $25.00 per hour
• Temporary project lasting approximately 9 weeks, with potential to extend up to 10 weeks
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Weekly paycheck

Requirements for Install Tech:

• Previous experience in construction, general labor, installation, manufacturing, assembly, or related field
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a physically demanding environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Safety-toe shoes required
