Senior Manufacturing Finance Analyst
Salary: Up to $105,000 + Bonus

Our client, a successful and growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Finance Analyst to join their finance team. This position offers the opportunity to partner with operations leadership, drive financial performance, and provide key insights that support strategic business decisions.
This role is ideal for an accounting or finance professional who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and has experience with cost accounting, inventory analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
What You'll Do
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory transactions, and operational performance metrics.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Partner with operations, materials, and leadership teams to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
- Support inventory accounting, valuation, and physical inventory activities.
- Maintain and support internal controls and audit requirements.
- Perform profitability analysis, cost studies, and business performance reporting.
- Track capital expenditures and assist with financial oversight of projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis.
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with:
- Cost Accounting
- Inventory Accounting
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Reporting
- ERP Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
