Job Full Description
A family owned and operated company located in Greenwood, is looking for a Retail Counter Sales Associate! Duties will include the following:
Job Summary/Company Information:
- Greet/Assist customers and respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints
- Testing pool water samples from customers
- Performs work activities such as organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise
- Performs inventory counts, stocks inventory, and rotates stock as needed
- Balance cash drawer, make deposits, and separate charge slips and vouchers
- Maintain database of customer information with accuracy
Pay/Benefits:
- $17-$18/hr

- Once hired on, the company offers medical insurance, 401K, and Holiday/Vacation time.
Schedule: *34-38 hours weekly. Must have availability to work during the following hours of operation:
- Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm, Sunday 9am - 3pm
- Similar to a retail schedule so must be available during business hours but will likely work 11am - 7pm shift.
- Candidates will have one day off during the work week, and one weekend day off. These will vary based on need.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service
- Self-motivated
- Eagerness to learn, able to take direction, and be very reliable
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel experience
- Point of Sale system experience a plus!
- Should be able to work well both as a team and independently
