Franklin Warehouse is hiring for a 1st Shift Maintenance Assistant to help with a move into a new location. This will be a temporary 3 month project position with option to transfer to a warehouse equipment operator position at end of project for long term eval to hire potential.

Schedule:
- 1st Shift Mon - Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm, OT 5am - 3:30pm.
Job Summary/Company Information:
- This warehouse specializes in distribution of various retail products such as music, pool/beach toys, air purifiers, etc.
- The facility is getting ready to undergo a move of buildings and will need assistance in maintenance to help teardown and rebuild racking systems within the facility. Scrape tape off floor, set up new break room & office spaces & additional handyman type work.
- This is a long term eval to hire position for the right person willing to transfer into a warehouse equipment operator role.
- Associates will also work out on the floor to help move inventory and will need to be comfortable flexing job duties.
- Ideal candidates must have general hand and power tool knowledge and ability to learn.
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting of 75lbs
- Previous experience in similar role such as labor, handyman, trades, etc.. ideal.
- Must be eager to learn and willing to cross train.
