Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
A growing third-party logistics (3PL) organization is seeking an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations within a temperature-controlled environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving productivity, managing warehouse staff, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with experience in warehouse management, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Assign workloads, manage employee schedules, and oversee workflow to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead warehouse associates and monitor productivity to meet customer expectations and performance goals.
- Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped according to customer specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain proper inventory storage practices while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Partner with operations, inventory, and warehouse teams to coordinate product movement, returns, and documentation.
- Monitor operational procedures and identify opportunities to reduce errors, damages, downtime, and costs.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in employee interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually + Bonus

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar leadership role within a 3PL environment.
- Experience supervising warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or production operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Experience with Labor Management Systems (LMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a proven ability to drive operational efficiencies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Schedule
- First Shift
- 40-50+ hours per week
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
