Join a local, small, tight-knit union glazing contractor looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our 4-person office team. You’ll oversee projects from the office and in the field, managing union glaziers, schedules, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
What You'll Do:

Manage jobsite operations and staffing (union glaziers)

Create layouts and shop drawings (AutoCAD)

Handle billing, reports, and project documentation

Visit jobsites and attend meetings (company truck provided as needed)
What We're Looking For:
-
3+ years in construction (glazing/union exp. a plus)

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

Strong communicator and self-starter
-
Comfortable in a lean, hands-on work environment
Compensation:
Up to $75K for experienced candidates; those requiring glazing training will start below that.
