Junior Achievement

We are proud to partner with Junior Achievement in the Lafayette area to help empower and inspire the next generation. Through this partnership, members of our team have the opportunity to step into local classrooms and engage directly with students, sharing valuable lessons focused on community involvement, career readiness, entrepreneurship, work ethic, and financial literacy.

By volunteering our time and experiences, we help students gain a better understanding of the skills and knowledge they will need as they continue their education and eventually enter the workforce. Whether discussing career paths, interviewing skills, budgeting, goal setting, or the importance of being an active member of the community, these conversations provide students with real-world perspectives that complement their classroom learning.

We believe that investing in young people today helps create stronger communities tomorrow. Through interactive activities and meaningful discussions, we encourage students to explore their interests, develop confidence in their abilities, and begin thinking about their future goals. It is incredibly rewarding to see students ask questions, share their ideas, and become excited about the opportunities available to them.

As a company deeply rooted in the Greater Lafayette community, we are committed to making a positive impact beyond the workplace. Our partnership with Junior Achievement allows us to support local schools, build connections with future generations, and contribute to programs that help students develop the skills necessary for long-term success.

We are honored to work alongside Junior Achievement and the dedicated educators who make these experiences possible. Together, we are helping prepare students to become confident leaders, skilled professionals, and engaged community members who are ready to make a difference in the world around them.

Round the Fountain Art Fair

Express Employment Professionals was proud to serve as a Champion Sponsor of the Round the Fountain Art Fair in 2026, one of Greater Lafayette’s most beloved annual traditions. Held around the historic courthouse fountain in downtown Lafayette, the event brings together talented artists from across the country while supporting local arts programs and cultural initiatives throughout our community.

As a sponsor, we were honored to support an event that celebrates creativity, encourages community engagement, and provides artists with the opportunity to showcase their work to thousands of visitors. The fair not only highlights incredible artistic talent but also strengthens the vibrant cultural landscape that makes Greater Lafayette a great place to live and work.

In addition to our sponsorship, members of our team volunteered throughout the event and assisted with planning efforts to help ensure a successful experience for artists, vendors, and attendees. Being actively involved allowed us to contribute beyond financial support and demonstrate our commitment to serving the community we call home.

At Express Employment Professionals, we believe that investing in local events helps create stronger connections, enriches our community, and supports organizations that make a lasting impact. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Round the Fountain Art Fair and support an event that brings people together through art, culture, and community spirit.

Missed the fair this year? Be sure to mark your calendar for Saturday, May 29, 2027—we look forward to another great year of celebrating creativity in downtown Lafayette.
