Position Overview:
We are seeking a Leasing Agent for an apartment community in West Lafayette that caters primarily to Purdue students. While not official student housing, the complex is designed with student needs in mind. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a younger demographic, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email

Conduct property tours and highlight features that appeal to student renters

Process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and manage renewals

Respond to resident inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly and professionally

Support marketing efforts, including social media and outreach to the Purdue community

Help plan and execute occasional resident events

Perform general administrative tasks and keep records up to date
Qualifications:

Prior leasing or customer service experience is preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Professional, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with college-age renters

Proficient with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Must be reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
