General Laborer / Bag Line Operator - Delphi, IN
We are hiring Bag Line Operators for an agricultural processing facility in Delphi, IN. This is a physically demanding position that requires employees to stay active throughout the shift while working in a dusty production environment.
Pay & Schedule
- $17.00/hour
- Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Training may take place on 1st shift
Responsibilities
- Operate bagging and packaging equipment
- Place empty bags onto production machinery
- Monitor equipment using push-button and lever controls
- Stack filled bags onto pallets
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work Environment
- Located in Delphi, IN
- Dusty agricultural processing facility
- Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive physical work throughout the shift
- Candidates with allergies, asthma, or sensitivities to dust may find this environment challenging
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for an entire shift
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
