What You'll Do
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with production activities including material preparation, testing, and documentation
- Operate basic lab and manufacturing equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions to meet quality and compliance standards
- Accurately complete production records and communicate equipment, production, or safety concerns
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing, laboratory, or cleanroom experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
- Basic computer and math skills
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with animal-based materials
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE
