$20.00/hour
Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Temporary Assignment: July 31 through approximately August 19
Looking for a short-term opportunity? We're hiring dependable Maintenance Helpers to assist an apartment community in preparing units for new residents during move-out season.
What You'll Do
- Clean vacant apartments
- Paint and complete touch-up work
- Perform light maintenance tasks
- Move furniture and other apartment furnishings
- Remove trash and debris
- Assist with grounds cleanup and outdoor projects as needed
- Help prepare apartments for new residents
What We're Looking For
- Dependable with good attendance
- Able to lift and move heavy furniture throughout the day
- Comfortable performing physical work for an entire shift
- Comfortable using stairs regularly in a multi-story apartment community (elevators are available, but stair use is required)
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
