Material Handler/Forklift Driver
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
A Material Handler / Forklift Driver is responsible for moving and supplying materials throughout a production facility, supporting press operators, and preparing completed materials for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move materials, pallets, and finished parts throughout the facility
- Keep press operators supplied with the materials needed for production
- Move completed parts and pallets to designated areas
- Package and shrink-wrap materials for shipment
- Complete, process, and file paperwork for finished jobs
- Perform basic computer tasks related to job and material documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with other material handling and shipping/receiving duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer skills are helpful
- Ability to complete and organize paperwork accurately
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
