Apartment complex seeking a temporary Maintenance Helper to assist with general property maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic maintenance and minor repairs
- Complete general property upkeep
- Help prepare apartments as needed
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Follow work orders and maintenance instructions
Requirements:
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience
- Comfortable using common tools
- Dependable and able to work independently
