Warehouse / Dock Associate
Location: Delphi, IN
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift
Pay: $16.00/hour
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse / Dock Associate for a company in Delphi, IN. This position supports daily warehouse and dock operations, including loading and unloading shipments, preparing materials for transport, and keeping the work area safe and organized.
Responsibilities

Load, unload, move, and secure materials, pallets, skids, containers, and other products

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness

Prepare products and materials for shipment

Use pneumatic and power tools, including torque wrenches, nail guns, and impact guns

Assist with moving materials using manual and mechanical equipment
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and dock area

Follow established safety procedures

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
At least 1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience

Previous forklift experience preferred

Basic computer skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent
Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures

Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift

Must be able to work the full shift in a smoke-free facility
