Yard Maintenance Associate
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Yard Maintenance Associate to help maintain and improve the appearance and functionality of our warehouse yard and outdoor areas. This position involves basic grounds maintenance, general labor, and assisting with yard upkeep to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spread gravel and assist with basic yard maintenance projects
- Pick up debris and keep outdoor areas clean and organized
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned
- Assist with moving materials and maintaining storage areas
- Follow all safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Previous yard maintenance, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus but not required
