Production Assembler – $19/Hour – 2nd Shift
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a detail-oriented Production Assembler for an established manufacturer with more than 50 years of experience developing innovative equipment that helps first responders save lives.
In this hands-on manufacturing role, you'll assemble components used in firefighting hoses and related products that help firefighters do their jobs safely and effectively.

What You'll Do
- Inspect parts and components to ensure they meet quality standards before assembly.
- Prepare assembly jobs by checking parts in the computer system and retrieving materials as needed.
- Operate assembly tools and equipment, including presses, drills, testing fixtures, and assembly fixtures.
- Assemble components and finished products according to detailed work instructions.
- Apply adhesives, lubricants, and other materials as specified for each product.
- Clean and prepare product surfaces for labeling, ensuring the correct labels are applied.
- Perform water-pressure or other specified wet tests to check finished products for proper operation and leaks.
- Record test results and tag completed products according to established procedures.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Additional Requirements
- Must successfully complete a drug screen and background check.
- Must comply with the facility's 100% smoke-free policy.
- Composite-toe or safety-toe shoes/boots are required.
