Production Assembler – Up to $19.50/Hour – Multiple Shifts
Pay: $18.00–$19.50 per hour, depending on shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Express Employment Professionals is hiring detail-oriented Production Assemblers for a local manufacturing company that produces equipment protection and motion control products.
In this role, you'll assemble doors and small components, work with hand tools, and inspect finished products to help ensure they meet customer specifications. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, this could be a great opportunity.
Available Shifts and Pay
1st Shift
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- $18.00/hour
- Overtime schedule, when required: 4:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
2nd Shift
- Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
- $19.50/hour
- Overtime schedule, when required: 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.
What You'll Do
- Assemble doors and components according to job cards, customer drawings, and specifications.
- Fit, fasten, and secure parts to meet assembly requirements.
- Perform quality inspections to identify defects and verify product accuracy.
- Cut or size materials as needed.
- Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Operate hand tools and portable power tools safely.
- Rotate between workstations based on production needs.
- Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written instructions and interpret specifications.
- Comfort working with small components and hand tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing production needs and rotate between workstations.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or quality inspection experience is beneficial.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
- Must complete a physical examination scheduled by the company.
