Express is working with a local manufacturing company that specializes in cutting-edge gas leak detection solutions that enhance safety and protect lives.. As key point of contact for our customers, this position plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, the ability to think outside the box, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming repairs
- Open boxes from UPS, enter customer info into the system for repair tech
- Estimate repairs to customer via email and phone calls
- Convert RMA to sales order
- Pull units for Shipment
- Respond to calls and emails
- Process loaner, demo, and rental requests
- Assist customers at the service counter
Schedule and Pay
- Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
- $16/hr
Requirements
- At least 5 yrs of previous customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs and sitting for extended periods of time
- Drug Screen
- Background check
