Transformer Winder/Varnisher – $16/Hour – 1st Shift
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dependable Winder/Varnisher for a custom transformer manufacturer. In this role, you'll help produce components used in coils, transformers, and inductors by winding coils and applying a wax-based varnish to selected parts.
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and can stay focused while handling small components. If you're looking for a weekday manufacturing job and are comfortable working in an environment with a strong varnish odor, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.
What You'll Do
- Operate a winding machine to wind coils by hand.
- Manufacture components used in coils, transformers, and inductors.
- Dip selected transformers and inductors into wax varnish as part of the production process.
- Alternate between coil winding and varnishing tasks throughout the workday.
- Handle small parts carefully and pay close attention to detail.
- Follow work instructions and established production procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow workplace safety practices.
Schedule & Pay
- Pay: $16.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
- Shift: First shift, with weekends not listed as part of the regular schedule.

- Willingness to learn coil winding and varnishing processes.
- Comfort working in an environment where varnish has a strong odor.
- Ability to successfully complete a drug screen and background check.
