Location: Davenport, IA
Pay: Starting at $20/hour + Commission
Expected Earnings: Successful Sales Associates earn $60,000+ annually
Schedule
- Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a responsible, results-driven, and highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our client’s team. This position requires candidates with genuine face-to-face retail sales experience. While jewelry sales experience is a plus, it is not required—the client provides comprehensive on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional in-store service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products that create value and drive sales.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain customer records.
- Assist with store operations, including merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized showroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face retail sales experience required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Motivated, dependable, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Comfortable handling transactions, basic math, and administrative tasks.
- Willingness to learn, participate in training, and grow within the organization.
