Express Employment is seeking a dependable Furnace Operator for a heat‑treating company in Bettendorf, IA. This role involves operating industrial furnaces, handling metal parts, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the heat‑treating process.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate heat‑treat furnaces

Load and unload parts onto racks

Inspect finished parts for quality assurance

Maintain daily logs and production reports

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
