Express Employment is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Associate to join a well‑established manufacturing company in Princeton, IA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on production work and is comfortable working with tools, machinery, and various manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities

Follow detailed recipes to create mixes using non‑hazardous chemicals

Melt metal and cast materials into billets

Bottle, package, and label completed mixes and castings

Wind wire to create finished spools

Perform additional production or warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
1–2 years of manufacturing experience

Forklift experience preferred

Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
