Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Print Production / Customer Service Representative for a commercial printing company in Davenport, IA. This position combines customer service with hands-on print production, including digital printing, binding, finishing, and delivering completed orders to customers. The ideal candidate is computer proficient, dependable, and comfortable working in a customer-facing and production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and through email; answer and direct incoming calls.
- Receive, process, and prepare customer print orders.
- Assist with digital printing, binding, finishing, and packaging printed materials.
- Deliver completed orders to customers while maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn printing software and equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly bend, stoop, and reach.
- Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work effectively in a team environment.
