Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Davenport, IA
Job Type: Full time, evaluation to hire
Schedule:  Working 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Range:  $17.00-18.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

•  Managing freight invoices, comparing to quote and bill of landing paperwork to ensure proper billing
• Printing, entering, and filing of daily bill of lading reports
• Handling outstanding balances and any other accounts payable issues
• Reconcile vendor statements
•   Managing customer proof of delivery requests of product that was not received and on damaged units
•  Filing of weekly AP check packet
•  Keeping and managing reports on outstanding credits
• Other duties as assigned 
   

Required Qualifications

•  1-2 years accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to multitask and is detail oriented
