Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Travel: Overnight travel required (up to 50%)
Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Carpenter for a reputable client located in Davenport, IA. This role involves hands-on construction work, installation support, and collaboration with subcontractors on various job sites.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper wall layout prior to construction
- Assist with all installations at client jobsites
- Work alongside and coordinate with subcontractors
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and push materials/equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel overnight as required
