Inside Sales Representative
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a manufacturing company in Davenport, IA. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Shift: First Shift
Job Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers and follow up on inbound lead inquiries
- Qualify leads and explain products and services
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and sales offerings
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and provide quotes in a timely manner
- Deliver excellent customer service while building strong client relationships
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
