Express Employment is seeking a for Inventory Analyst a company in Walcott, IA!
Responsibilities of the Inventory Analyst:
- Maintain accurate inventory records through routine audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations
- Utilize the ECI / M1 ERP system to track inventory levels, transactions, and generate reports
- Analyze inventory data using Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, to identify trends and support operational decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process inventory adjustments related to jobs, transfers, and system updates
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, efficiency, and process standardization
- Assist with BOM accuracy, job costing, and WIP inventory integrity
- Improve cycle count effectiveness and perform root-cause analysis to prevent repeat issues
Requirements of the Inventory Analyst:
- 5+ years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
- Experience in production planning and distribution center operations desired
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query or advanced data tools
- Experience with ERP systems (M1, SAP, or similar platforms) strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team
Compensation & Schedule details for the Inventory Analyst:
- Full-Time
- Working 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday -Friday
- $22+/hr BOE
