Responsibilities of the Director of First Impressions:
- Own the first interaction with every potential seller and set the company’s initial reputation
- Convert leads into qualified, show-ready appointments at the highest possible rate
- Enforce speed-to-lead standards and ensure timely follow-up
- Lead with empathy and professionalism while maintaining confidence and consultative communication
- Train and coach team members to deliver clarity, not pressure
- Ensure clean handoffs to Acquisitions with properly qualified sellers and correct expectations
Requirements of the Director of First Impressions:
- Strong leadership presence with a consultative, empathetic communication style
- Results-driven with a proven ability to convert leads and drive outcomes
- Exceptional organization, follow-through, and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with measurable performance metrics
- Excellent coaching and training abilities
Compensation & Schedule details for the Director of First Impressions:
- Full-Time
- $18-20/hr during first 90 days with wage increase based on performance and bonus based on KPI's!
